Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from! If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.

Return or Exchange by Mail:

  • A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging, with original ticketing.
  • We do not accept returns for worn, soiled or washed merchandise.
  • No returns or exchanges on Clearance merchandise. Final Sale!
  • If exchanging merchandise, we process a return first and issue a refund back to the original payment method used on the order. Then a new exchange order is placed and recharged to the same payment method used MINUS any shipping fees. The new order will be sent via standard delivery.

Mailing your Return:

  • Please complete your Return/Exchange form in its entirety.
  • Use a sturdy box or envelope. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your Return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.

  • All returned items must be in good and unused condition.

Return Status

  • Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.
  • We recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.
  • It will take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
  • It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
  • The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact to make arrangements for receipt of your credit.
  • To exchange an item purchased from, you need to first return your original purchase before receiving credit for a new one.
